The tool is not 100% accurate but it is a good indicator of a site’s earning potential and how the site could beneficial to a advertiser if the advertiser buy an ads on the site.

Traffic value for a site is the dollar value a site could earn by selling impression advertisement on the site. The higher traffic a site could generate, the higher traffic value it has. The traffic value is also affected by its page rank because it tends to bring more quality traffics than other.
